The Company was established with careful calculations about the need to support the construction of precast concrete in Indonesia. In order to maximize sustainable growth every year, the Company set a number of strategies needed to remain the market leader as follows:

  • Increasing installed capacity by conducting intensification and extension programs in the form of constructing  new plants and adopting new technologies to improve production capacity;
  • Working closely with strategic alliances to expand the marketing network;
  • Improving competence of human resources in the field of concrete product development in cooperation with leading educational institutions in Indonesia and abroad;
  • Acquiring companies with strategic positions that are equipped with the infrastructure required for the development into regional markets of Southeast Asia;
  • Conducting research and developing new products associated with precast concrete with a high technological content and strengthening the existing products, such as piling, concrete pillars and beams bridge to increase market share;
  • Building a new manufacturing facility equipped with a jetty that is supported by the resources of natural material managed independently by the Company;
  • Maintaining the commitment to provide quality products and in conformity with the contract through the implementation of quality management system sustainably;
  • Developing a business approach that focuses on the development of the market as well as the satisfaction and good relations with customers;
  • Strengthening the supply chain to ensure the availability of raw materials and other supporting materials through acquisitions and investments in supplying companies;
  • Developing services of erecting and pre-stressing to strengthen its market position and complementary to existing products or new products.
